In the early days of our business, we faced a common challenge of explaining to our customers how to use our products. Many of them would call or email us repeatedly to ask the same questions, which was not only time-consuming but also inefficient. To solve this problem, we decided to start a YouTube channel in March 2013 to create instructional videos that demonstrate how to use our products. By doing so, we not only helped our customers but also saved our own time and resources.
