When we initially launched our Klang Valley area delivery service, we encountered some challenges with slow delivery times. However, we were determined to improve our service and enhance the customer experience. One of the key steps we took to address this issue was to increase our staff from three to six people. This allowed us to better manage our delivery schedules and ensure that orders were dispatched in a timely and efficient manner. By doing so, we were able to significantly reduce our delivery times and provide our customers with a faster, more reliable service.

The decision to increase our staff was not taken lightly, but we knew that it was necessary to meet the demands of our customers and provide them with the service they deserved. With the additional personnel, we were able to allocate tasks more effectively, streamline our delivery process, and ensure that our customers received their orders in a timely fashion.
